The villa is built on a magnificent plot of 1200 sq.m. overlooking open countryside and with a sweeping drive leading to gravelled areas and grassy vegetation. The villa is fully private, with its own gated entrance, fully fenced and lush green bushes and trees. The raised swimming pool also has sunbed areas. The villa is spacious, newly decorated and has wonderful views of the garden from all of the rooms which have high vaulted wooden beamed ceilings. The marbled floors and ceiling fans throughout the villa help to keep the home cool, in the heat of the sun. The villa is less than 5 minutes drive to the lovely and quintessentially Spanish fishing village of Es Grau with its lovely beach, small shops, bars (one of which is on the beach under the pine trees) and a restaurant with a wooden terrace built over the water.
